上海恩可埃认证有限公司（Shanghai NQA Certification Co., Ltd.）简称上海恩可埃（SNQA）或恩可埃（NQA）。 上海恩可埃是由英国质量保证有限公司（英文缩写为NQA，是UKAS，ANAB认可的第三方认证机构）与北京世纪金鑫科技有限公司共同出资创办，经中国认监委批准，工商登记注册的具有独立法人资格的中外合资公司。 2006年，英国质量保证有限公司并入英国NICEIC集团，以NICEIC集团认证部（"NICEIC, Trading as NQA"）的名义继续运行，并经UKAS和ANAB认可开展认证业务，仍然简称NQA。NICEIC集团认证部
